Classes in Grenoble, France

Starting in October, weekly classes in Lightning Contact are available every Thursday from 6-7:30 pm in the “Salle polyvalente” of the Centre Social des Eaux Claires, Grenoble. To sign up, call 04.76.96.76.15 and set up a meeting with Karine Chosson.

As part of the Réseau d’Echanges Réciproques de Savoirs (RERS) (or “Mutual Knowledge Exchange Network” in English), you will be asked to introduce another member to your own field of expertise at some time during the calendar year.

Membership in the network costs 5€ for the entire year, so feel free to sign up and come discover what Lightning Contact is all about!

Course Outline

The Lightning Contact method can be divided into two distinct phases: the Recovery phase and the Impulse phase. It is essential to pass through the first phase in order to properly approach the second.

Part II: Impulse Phase

1. Dynamic Balance and “Peak Points”
2. Slowing your Movements
3. Using Spin and Momentum
4. “Defying” Gravity
5. Harmonizing with your Body’s Natural Cycles
